Window Cleaning Technicians needed. Will train. Are you a team player that wants to work in a great environment? Work hard and make good $$$?

Our focus is cleaning windows on high-end homes and businesses (no skyscrapers). We are a family-owned company practicing integrity and high standards and are looking for people who share these same principles. This is for a full-time position (M-F 7:30-4.30, one or two Saturdays per month during peak seasons). You must be at least 19 years of age for insurance purposes. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Applicants must also have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. We have available positions on all sides of the greater Nashville area. Most of our work is in Williamson, Davidson, Sumner, and Wilson counties.

Our experienced technicians, in a leadership position, make $20-25+ per hour and have the benefit of a company vehicle/gas card etc. Entry level trained technicians are paid $16-20 per hour. We work hard, fast, efficient, and keep an effective pace in any given workday. We are also worn out at the end of each day. To best fit this position you must be strong, in good physical shape, able to carry heavy ladders, and have the ability to associate with peers and work in a team environment. Also, must be good at following instructions, and possess the ability to create trust and good rapport with customers.

We are looking for committed, long-term individuals that understand the benefits of hard work and making good money (based on performance and not the tick of a clock). Dependability, honesty, integrity are a MUST!

Passion, a great attitude, and a desire to grow within our company are important. Good customer service skills and sales abilities are a plus and will definitely increase your pay.
